We start with a complimentary consultation to learn about your vacation style and preferences.   After the consultation, we research vendors, destinations, itineraries, and dates to match you perfectly.  But we don’t stop there, we read reviews, look for special amenities and authentic excursions to make your trip special all while working within your budget. 

Once you select the trip from our proposal of up to 3 destinations or itineraries, we will work closely with you to add those special touches that make your vacation so memorable.  Plus we will make a preliminary search on entry requirements, tipping in the area, and must-do excursions for you.  Once everything is booked we work to coordinate components, as needed.

Once you book with us, should surprises occur, we are available to assist and resolve issues.  Should there be a need to file an insurance claim when vacation protection is purchased through us, we will provide all the information to you so that your experience with the insurance company is as painless as possible.

Our work is based on years of personal travel experience and professional expertise. Your final itinerary and documents will give you the information you need to enjoy a hassle-free vacation.  Vacation planning involves time and a dedicated focus to research destinations, coordinate with vendors, plan all elements of the trip, and ensure your requirements are met while staying within your budget.  This takes time and we do not rush the process.
